Jessica Anderson, PMHNP-BC, MSN, is a dedicated psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner committed to compassionate, holistic, and evidence-based care. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing from the Duke University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Brigham Young University. Jessica was an RN for 15 years before becoming a nurse practitioner providing comprehensive treatment for adolescents and adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

 

Jessica is experienced in general psychiatry, but has also worked with eating disorders, substance use disorders, personality disorders, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, insomnia, and severe mental illness. She has firsthand experience in the demands of caregiving for a family member with dementia, having spent 10 years in that role. Jessica enjoys volunteer work teaching mental health awareness to adolescents and indigenous youth, as well as kids affected by cancer. She is married with 5 children and loves outdoor recreation in the mountains of Utah.
